Healthy new episode is out! Mame and Omi start the episode by talking about what they've been up to and what events they're attending in the leadup to  Detty December. Previous guest Jonny Stone has a cameo in this episode where he talks briefly about his UK travels and all the amazing food he had and food events he's hosting. Finally as Jonny put it the Main Event happened which was having Nana of Wholly Kombucha come and speak to the duo about what Kombucha is, why it's taste might be off putting to people initially, the process of making it and the health benefits of it.
