"Action speak louder than words" you should only believe in people who do what the say they will because everyone else is saying things only to impress you or earn your faith but when the time finally comes they will back off, you should only give task or ask for help from people who do what they say they will, because if you want to be successful you have to delegate lots of tasks to others, so only delegate it to people who have good track record to back up what they say.
