I completely forgot to write a description for the first part of this topic, which was a few days ago.

What we’re talking about is anxiety (clearly) and how it can sometimes manifest in behaviors that on the surface may appear somewhat positive or beneficial.

But what lies beneath is crucial to discover and acknowledge as you move towards increased emotional health.

(Less anxiety is possible!)
