BALTIMORE, MD (WEAA) — A mother is accusing a Baltimore City high school school of failing her son. According to FOX 45 News, the 17-year-old student attended Augusta Fells Savage Institute of Visual Design for four years where he passed three classes and earned a grade point average of 0.13.
