Why does God judge the world so harshly during the Tribulation period? What purpose does it serve? As we read Revelation 8-9, we can see clearly that God’s judgments are never arbitrary or random. Instead, they serve as a final warning to those who would oppose Him or His people. The only protection we can find is in God Himself. Everyone who finds shelter in Him will be saved, now and forever. But those who oppose Him will find themselves in a losing predicament, because nobody can defeat the justice and the power of God.
