So often we live our lives based on what we think we should be choosing, not necissarily what is true for us. How do we know when we are living by someone else's reality, someon else's point of view?...Today's show will explore questions and tools of awareness to start to unravel the difference between what is actually true for ourselves, and when we have been buying into other people's reality.
