Matthew 5:14-16

14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

It is a privilege and an honor to be a light in darkness but let's be real... it's overwhelming which cause a lot of us to not want to be seen. Trust me a I get it. Step out into the world to let your light shine is a faith walk!! Most of us are fine with impacting those immediately around us but God is calling for more. If you like it or not people are watching you. They are watching how your faith aligns with your actions and words. They watch how you treat others, they watch how courageous you are.

Who's watching you? Here the truth the more you walk in God, there will be more people who will watch you, some to be negative but a lot are drawn to your light. They are drawn to Christ who resides in you, there is freedom in letting your light shine. There is freedom to reveal the spirit of God in all areas. Let's your light shine because you don't know who's watching you.
