I had a fun epiphany about time travel, quantum entanglement, and higher selves that was the main reason I chose to talk to myself for 3/4 of an hour but some other fun topics came up too.
Cold plunges & sitting in discomfort, using emotion for connection, self trust, deepening capacity for love and connection, disassociation, expanding/upgrading light body, clearing out old stories and timelines, energy purification.
I finish up with some comments on the current hermit/non hermit energy fluxes, truth reveals/collective shadow work and then finally stop talking.
My brain is kind of mush but some of this felt important to get out there to you, big hugs while we surf some gnarly cosmic waves friends.
