By now the majority of our industry have had the chance to process some - or most - of the changes to the Work Health and Safety Laws (WHS) that recently came into effect here in WA.

These changes affect the building industry in a number of ways –  Darren Kavanagh, WorkSafe Western Australia Commissioner provides insight into the way these changes came about, the impact they will have on the industry and what you need to know about high risk work licences.
