This episode was recorded at the 2025 Toronto Sportsmen’s Show, where I finally got to meet Dave Huff, owner and builder of Whuff Rod Company. Dave doesn’t just build rods, he crafts them, working closely with anglers from across the country to refine every detail!

Alongside Dave was Scott Tomblin, a good friend of mine and a big advocates for Whuff Rods. Scott has been singing the praises of these rods for years! I have had one and enjoyed it but after finally getting my hands on the whole lineup at the show, I can see why Scott has been enamoured with them!
