Why A Year Of Strengthening?
In Part 2 of Vision Sunday, Pastor Luke builds on the foundation of strengthening by calling the church to prepare for growth.
Drawing from Isaiah 54:1–3 (NLT), we are reminded that God’s promises often require us to make room before we see the increase. Before new people arrive, before new opportunities open, and before new seasons begin, God calls His people to enlarge their hearts, stretch their faith, and expand their capacity.
This message challenges us to move from simply being strengthened to being ready - ready to welcome more people, ready to serve more effectively, and ready to steward what God is about to do.
Vision Sunday Part 2 calls Gateway Church Cymru to step forward in faith, make room for others to encounter Jesus, and believe for the growth and impact God has promised as we move into A Year of Strengthening together.
