Lately, he’s focused on assisting banks and investment funds dispose of their non-performing assets. 

In this episode, Mike and Taco talk about the current market in the Philippines and the future of real estate. Although more and more industries continue to succumb to the technology, Mike and Taco believe the future for real estate agents is relatively safe. As long as agents focus on the basics, like knowing the ins and outs of both local and global markets, and continue to place an emphasis on building interpersonal relationships, human beings won’t be replaced anytime soon.
