why am i always so moody?

Lately, I have been frozen in fear about the climate movement. 

I want to make a platform where we can discuss these fears, create actionable items to overcome them, and how we can make this planet more sustainable for the next generation. I want to have a more personal approach to my podcast in the hopes that this platform will uplift people, not paralyze them.
