Why am I doing this?

This is my story. From birth to present day. I’m a congenital heart defect survivor, a mental health breakdown survivor, an abusive relationship survivor and a business owner who is navigating life. This is my way of sharing my story, thoughts and feelings; so my family and those close to me, might understand a bit more. I might even help someone going through some similar things.
