Have you ever thought about all the blessings that are in your life—family, friends, your church, a home, lots of material stuff, a social life—and wondered “Why am I not happier?” In this episode, we examine three ways to increase our happiness: 1) a deeper, more meaningful relationship with God; 2) a focus on co-creating all the details of our life; and 3) a commitment (and the necessary action) to remove negativity as soon as it appears. We’ll introduce new tools as well as review methods we’ve discussed in prior programs to help us accomplish these three goals … and become much, much happier with our lives!
