They talk through the different ways anxiety can look (it’s not always what you expect), the hormonal chaos of perimenopause, and why some of the typical “solutions” aren’t so simple—or even safe—for breast cancer survivors. There’s also an honest conversation about things they’ve tried (including what didn’t work).
