Andrea Maizes is the Chief Operating Officer and Lead Coach, first connected with Goldinage as a client. After a long career as an HR Executive and Leadership Coach, Andrea found herself looking for a new path as she considered retirement. Though her journey working with us she became an Associate Certified Coach and discovered her second act and is now in the process of becoming a Certified Professional Retirement Coach, helping others navigate their transitions alongside Ashley.
