February is Black History month in Canada and the United States. About 1.5 million Canadians report being Black. They need their history, culture and experiences in the workplace better understood. Why are Black people leaving the teaching profession? What is anti-Black racism? A RadioLabour interview with the president of the Ontario Teacher' Federation of Ontario, Karen Brown.
