Starting with their experience in pre-school and continuingthrough elementary school, secondary school, and college, boys are strugglingto keep up with girls.  The trajectory this puts them on can lead to lowergraduation rates, higher unemployment, living with parents longer, fewerromantic relationships, social isolation, and a higher likelihood of mentalhealth issues including suicide at four times the rate of females.
