Why Are So Many Women Making False Rape Accusations?

Listen Later

Tonight I’m going to talk about the reasons women make false rape accusations.
Despite what the mainstream media would lead you to believe, it’s an open secret here in the manosphere and with Men who are red pill aware that false rape accusations are increasing in frequency.
Every time we turn around, some dude is getting accused of rape, sexual assault, sexual misconduct, or whatever else they want to add to the rap sheet.
What’s more is that rape is rarely used anymore and the reason for that is that rape is binary….it either happened or it didn’t. I’ve talked about this in a previous episode.
But women and the mainstream media have figured this out. We’ve had a few women exposed as liars when their rape accusations turn out to be false. Jackie Coakley at the university of Virginia, Emma Sulkowitz the mattress girl at Columbia university, and of course we all remember Crystal Mangum and the Duke LaCrosse case.
What’s happened recently is that women are no longer say that men are RAPING them because in order for a man to be charged with rape, all of the elements have to be met...and for those of us who aren’t lawyers or cops I’ll explain it to you this way: In order for a man to be charged with the crime of rape or forcible rape, element #1 is sexual intercourse, #2 is by force or by threat, and #3 is lack of consent by the victim. And the elements slightly vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction but by and large those are the elements necessary.
The problem women ran into is that after all the false rape accusations came to light into is that the Judges aren’t as quick arrest men when they go crying to the cops. Don’t get me wrong, they’re still lockin’ dudes up with no evidence but the story of the “victim” but not as much as they used to.
Well feminism wised up and decided to broaden the definition of rape by giving it new names and new definitions. “Sexual assault” is the new big one now and this is what the media uses now to publicly convict men.
Now sexual assault has elements too but the very first element is “an act of sexual violence” against a person and THAT’S where women have added subjectivity to this elements.
Sexual violence can be anything from just touching a woman’s arm, or even SAYING something. If a woman feels she’s been sexually assaulted she can go to the cops and say an act of sexual violence has been committed against me. He grabbed my ass, that’s sexual assault. He said he wanted to fuck me..sexual assault.
The media has grouped “sexual assault” in with rape so a man accused of sexual assault is also quasi-accused of rape and since rape sounds worse, it’s the word used the most.
So the question is, why do women make false rape accusations? What’s the motivation? Well I’m going to answer these questions tonight at 7EST/4PST on donovansharpe.com and if you have a story about a false rape accusation whether it’s happened to you, somebody you know, or if you’ve heard of one that isn’t getting much publicity, call into the show. See you guys tonight.
