Why are there so few executive coaches in the agile industry?

Since it's inception in 2001, #agile has come a long way. There are a number of great case studies that demonstrate the success of the approach, and there are phenomenal products and services that have been created using a variety of #agileframeworks.

You do find that there is a lot of support at the individual and team level in the form of an #agilecoach or #agileconsultant, but that tends to dry up the more senior the leader or executive is in the organization.
Why is that? If #agility actively needs #leadership and #executive teams to champion the transition, why are there so few executive coaches?
