Most children get to focus on homework, sports, and spending time with friends, but for those with a peanut allergy, they must be constantly alert to the dangers everyday activities can pose. About two students in every classroom have a food allergy, and with the possibility of a severe reaction like anaphylaxis occurring, avoidance is clearly no longer enough.
