It feels like as we have gotten older, our social capacity has gotten smaller but our calendars keep getting busier! We used to laugh when we'd see older couples having to schedule time with their friends, and now...somehow... it's become us!! Terrifying. 

In this episode we talk about the glorification of hustle culture, being perceived as "booked and busy" and how they want to intentionally slow down in the coming months. We have a feeling that Kristen's time in Spain might make that especially easy!
