As soon as Annalyse heard there was an episode of We Can Do Hard Things about Attachment Theory she was allllllllll over it. Both Annalyse and Emily find Bowlby and Ainsworth's work to be instrumental in explaining why we act, react, and think the way that we do in addition to why we choose to love the people we do. Don't get it twisted though, we also talk about sex, attraction, and Al Gore just to keep it interesting.
