With the popularity of podcasting continuing to surge, you'd think more brands would see this content platform as THE medium to jump on. And while some brands have indeed made this move, others are still hesitant.
And that's OK. Despite podcasting's growth and evolution, it still needs more time to gain the mainstream velocity that platforms like websites, Facebook, Twitter, and blogs did in years past. Remember when people thought Facebook was just for posting what you had for lunch? Well...even though a TON of food photos get posted every day, it's safe to say Facebook overcame that stigma.
In Episode 23 of Pod Theory, I'm going to share some commentary on why more brands aren't starting podcasts right now, as we speak. I firmly believe this is the time for your brand to get on the podcasting bandwagon. Because eventually, everyone will. And when they do, you'll be ahead of the curve!
