Acts 10:30-48 - Why was Cornelius baptised ?

What did it show ?

It showed that he'd received eternal life. His journey to eternal life began with him hearing a message of peace. He needed to hear a message of God's forgiveness. On believing the message, he received eternal life. We all need to hear and to believe this message of peace if we are to receive eternal life.
