There are probably a lot of reasons why Christians should be good.  In fact, Peter has already covered a number of them. Most of the reasons he's cited, have to do with what's good for God's cause or for those we're trying to bring to God.  But in this passage, he touches on why it's good for those who are being good.  The outcome may surprise you.  Come be inspired to be good.
