Today I had the honor of speaking with Puja Talati. Puja is the marketing and operations manager at JT Capital Group. Puja's team has a combined 500M of assets under management and 3000 doors.

Puja is a former brand manager at The Hershey Company where she managed and marketed iconic brands such as Hershey’s KISSES chocolates. Puja was also a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where she worked in numerous industries and service areas, including post-merger strategic planning for Fortune 500 banks.

In this episode, Puja shares her experience of falling into the multifamily sector with no prior experience and how she leveraged her project management and marketing experience to help propel the companies growth.
