Why building a personal brand is NOT the solution to you standing out

You may have seen my recent controversial FB ads around ‘authenticity’ and personal branding being one of the worst distractions out there currently. 

So in this episode, I want to set the record straight and explain why I’m making such a bold claim and why focusing on these things and hoping that you’ll stand out among the crowd WILL NOT work.
