After hearing one of my business partners raise his voice and proclaim that he doesn't have fun in the business...

Quote, “It’s not fun for me!”

I was spun into a spiral of shock. Why was he doing it if it wasn't fun?!

And then, I had a reframe.

In this episode, I'm throwing out the rulebook that says business must be a constant parade, and hard things have to always be hard.

If you're not constantly popping bottles and having a blast in business, that's okay!

But you should at least feel joy bubbling beneath the surface, driving you through the tough times and making those victories taste even sweeter.

Raise your glass because fun will come and go, but you have to ENJOY the journey.
