The reality is that at the core of good leadership is good character (the consistent moral and value driven behaviors of an individual). Developing leadership principles is important, but principles alone can cause us to miss out on the depth of trust character development can bring to our leadership. Who we are matters more than what we achieve. And who we are can help us achieve better.
