Apparently, cheese board specialist is a job now, and we're just wondering how to apply, because cheese boards are LIFE THO. A giant piece of wood, full of cheese, meats, nuts, dried fruit, chocolates, dips, and whatever else you like. This is the stuff that makes kitchen conversations legit. Which to us, means hospitality and hilarity. (I mean, some people can be fake around a cheese board, but we can't, sooooo). In our digital world, where we are highly connected, but lacking true community, we cannot forget to gather together, face to face, and we highly recommend meat and cheese. Serve cashew cheese and tofu if you want, but put it on a board and serve your people good eats and good love.
