There are two ways to look at competition. You either think of it as you disadvantage for you or it is an advantage. I don't about you, but I personally believe that having competition is how you can easily stand out in the marketplace and that should be where you start.

Stepping into a marketplace where there is little to no competition is good. But it also tells you that the market has not been proven to work yet. Because it is new. It takes a lot of time, money and energy to test out a market. And when you are just starting out, you don't have the privilege to do that.
