Worship is the most important thing we can do with our lives. The same things that keep us from worshipping God with our lives at church are the same things that keep us from worshipping God with our lives in the world. The big problem with sin is that, whether it feels good or feels bad, it draws our focus to us and away from God.

In this sermon we primarily take a look at John 1:29 to see why confession is such a great God given gift for us. When we confess we realize that God is with us yesterday, today, and forever. Our focus is directed away from us and onto Jesus. Jesus gives us His name so we can know Him and all that He does for us that we can't do for ourselves. Jesus shows us the power that He has over sin and death by taking away the sins of the world right out of the universe. He gives us His purpose and power so that everyday and everywhere we can be on the spiritual worship adventure of a lifetime.
