Covenant partnership is GCC's way of emphasizing meaningful membership and we do this for 3 reasons - for the sake of our individual souls, for the sake of the souls of other covenant partners, and for the sake of our neighbours' souls. By being members of a church that exists locally, we get to encourage one another, stir each other up, and make much of one another in honouring each other. In short, we are able to train ourselves in humility and submission.
