Pregnant and lactating women need 1,000 milligrams a day of calcium or the baby will rob from the mothers bones, skeletal system and teeth!  Tune in and discover ways to incorporate this volume via food and/or supplementation.  There are some key rules to follow when taking a calcium supplement.  Proper dosages and foods to avoid will be discussed.
