Victor shared his own journey: moving from a strict "technique" phase to a "fake spiritual" phase (where he judged others for not having the "right" intention), and finally stepping away when he realized he was just seeking acceptance.

• Dance is the Messenger: Dance is highly therapeutic, but it is not therapy. If Zouk triggers anxiety, jealousy, or insecurity (like after a stressful Jack & Jill!), take that message and do the internal work off the floor.
