He’s not going away that easy. Derek Chauvin has requested a new trial. Brandon Mitchell, juror #52, just had to speak to the media giving dozens of interviews. Turns out, he was also in attendance at a DC rally after having said that he had not participated in any rally protesting police brutality during jury selection.
