Winter arrived in Texas like a freight train. North Texas had an experience with a deep freeze, snow, and ice a couple of weeks back. On Tuesday, a system dumped several inches of snow in the Houston area. Tim Cady with the National Weather Service office in Houston joined Ask the Expert on Tuesday.
