Today, Abbie discusses her experience with Imposter Syndrome and how the Coordinated Management of Meaning (CMM) Theory is helping her to trade those feelings of self-doubt for ones of grace and curiosity. Abbie explores how our lives become richer when we seek a deeper understanding of ourselves and others, offers an example of the Daisy Model using herself as the center, and considers the complexity of nature as a helpful metaphor for the complexity of our own lives. Dr. Barbara McKay describes her understanding of the Daisy Model and gives an example from her own life. Finally, Abbie challenges each of us to put the Daisy Model to work by reflecting on moments in our life that did not meet our expectations.
