There are two ways to create a startup. One is to take more risk and come out with a product.Like one of my friend is building a Online doctor consultancy app, similar to Practo but have some killer features.Another known person is creating a app similar to Fiveer, but again some awesome killer features.Yet another person combined Calenderly type system with Payments and created an awesome apps.Now these kind of startups required a lot of money to start, although you can start with a MVP to check if it works.But most founders i know don't stop at MVP, they create a complete product and take the risk.These kind of startup requires funding also, at some point, which not all of them gets.When i decided to startup in Sep 2021, i didn't have any product idea and wanted to take a calculated risk.I didn't wanted to take 1-2 years to make the profit, which is the case in Product startups.But i was already doing blogging, trainings(part-time) after my job and decided to go further in it.That is how TWD(The Web Dev) was born and i left my job and started doing trainings full time.Still i do a lot of Corporate trainings, TWD batches but now i have 2 more teachers to support.We do a lot of organic social like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and also some paid Facebook/Instagram ADs.So, we are building our startup the PW way with a lot of hard-work and profitability. We clocked 24 Lakhs in the first year.We have training around 10,000 people in the first year with 6K from Youtube and rest from batches.It gives me extreme happiness, to touch so many life and helping people get those abundant 95% IT jobs. We don't train for 5% FAANG jobs.In 2023, we will train 50K people, with 10K in classes and rest in YouTube.
