Over the last five services, we have looked at Advent. We talked about how Jesus’ first Advent brought us Hope, Love, Joy, and Peace. Last night we focused on the fact that God with Us is Jesus. The candles on the platform represent those five things. May we continue to celebrate Jesus’ first Advent, but may we also look forward to His second Advent.
Today, I hope to answer the question: Why did Jesus have to Come? We will look at one of the most familiar sections of Scripture as we learn not only about Christ but ourselves as well. I pray that this isn’t just another Christmas for you. Recognize Christ and worship Him!
