India bagged 3 Oscar nominations at the 95th Oscar nominations announcement function.

while that is great news, one can't help but wonder about the reasons why RRR did not make it to the other nomination categories?

Is it because the jury members didn't like the movie? Or could it be , that they never understood it, the way it is meant to be?

Fed on typical Hollywood diet, witnessing the difference in story telling style - that is RRR , must be out of syllabus for the jury members isn't it?
