People are often very confused by how our survival drives can have evolved to create demeaning, self-critical voices after (and sometimes before) a binge and/or overeating episode. In this short, 5 minute audio I do my best to explain!
The takeaway is, that self-critical, extremely negative voice after a binge is only motivated to get you to binge MORE so you shouldn’t listen to it! Pay attention to what you did wrong, make necessary adjustments, and then let go of the guilt and shame as they will not only not serve you, they’ll make the problem much worse!
HIT PLAY TO LISTEN NOW. Then click here to join the LAST live coaching program of the year so we can teach you to do this for yourself! (There’s still room, and plenty of time to catch up by watching the recording of the first lecture and connecting with your coach before Saturday)
