This week I chat with Joanne Norman, who is based in Abu Dhabi and currently training to swim across the English Channel in July 2020. We had a great chat on the roof top of the TriBelles team villa at the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 race track after having an amazing at the TriYas Triathlon. 

I asked Jo the Question "Why did you sign up for...", and she gives us some great insights on how she decided to take on this challenge, how she is training, what are the requirements and logistics to pull off this amazing feat. To finish Jo gives some great advice on how to go from dreaming about something to actually doing it!
