I have, in my life, had to have many difficult conversations. Whether it's with employees, partners, or with my spouse, it has been a challenge to learn how to truly listen to the other person and put my own thoughts aside. Today, I am sharing with you how I navigate through difficult conversations and why I believe they are extremely important to have.
