As we step out of the WORST year we've probably all experienced, we need to think about how we've changed this year and remember that people need room to grow - we all do. It's so easy to point out the wrongs people do and say, however we can not hold mistakes against those who seek reinvention and redemption. Let's step into 2021 with an open mind, and open heart.
