It's so frustrating when you sabotage your own progress with your weight loss isn't it? Why might you do this and what strategies can you use to step out of your own way?
I believe our inner Saboteur shows up and intervenes when we are straying too far out of our comfort zone. The Saboteur is one of your survival archetypes, we all have one, and it wants you to stay safe. Loving Your Sacred Vessel encourages you to take small steps towards releasing your excess weight, just one or two habit changes at a time so that you don't feel overwhelmed and your inner Saboteur isn't triggered.
Ultimately, long term, a kind and gentle approach which addresses your emotions and your thought patterns can yield more lasting results; which is what I have found in my own life and why I am sharing my method with you.
