Why do relationships make you so anxious?
Not just this relationship.
Every relationship.
Different people. Different personalities. Different circumstances.
Yet somehow…
• The same overthinking.
• The same fear they'll lose interest.
• The same urge to check your phone.
• The same anxiety when they don't text back.
• The same feeling that you're somehow "too much" or "not enough."
After years of working with clients in my therapy room and online around the world, I realised something surprising.
People came to me believing they had different relationship problems.
Anxious attachment.
People-pleasing.
Fear of abandonment.
Choosing emotionally unavailable partners.
Constant reassurance seeking.
But underneath every story…
I kept seeing the same pattern.
In this episode of Tranceformation Talks, I share observations from my therapy room about why so many intelligent, capable people repeat the same painful relationship patterns—and why the answer isn't that you're broken.
You'll learn:
✔ Why relationships can trigger anxiety even when you're confident everywhere else
✔ Why emotionally unavailable people can feel strangely familiar
✔ How childhood experiences quietly shape adult relationships
✔ The difference between relationship anxiety and the deeper pattern underneath it
✔ Why your nervous system repeats what feels familiar—not necessarily what is healthy
✔ What healing these patterns actually looks like
If you've ever found yourself asking, "Why do I keep ending up here?"
This episode is for you.
