I believe we all have the same potential for success in the Kingdom of God.  In Mark 4:20 Jesus says that some seed of God's word fell on good ground yet the good ground produced at different levels .  Why.  If God does not show partiality there should only be 100 fold production.  Let's look into the rest of Jesus' teaching to find out why,
